Brittany & Bridy | Thirroul Surf Club | Wollongong Wedding

Brittany & Bridy’s wedding was held down at Thirroul Surf Club down near Wollongong on a very popular wedding date - 22nd October 2022 (22.10.22).

They both got ready in their own house nearby, but they still had the tradition of not seeing each other on their wedding day with Brittany getting ready upstairs and Bridy getting ready down stairs. This meant lots of running up & down stairs to capture everything and make sure both brides were on track to leave on time.

Bridy had also organised a few special surprises for Brittany on their wedding day. The first surprise came just as Brittany was due to leave for the ceremony. Bridy had organised for an old fire truck to take Brittany to the wedding in, as Brittany loves fire trucks and would love to be a fire fighter.

Their ceremony was held outside on the grass next to the Surf Club and was timed perfectly, as it started to rain just as we were finishing up the family photos. Thankfully it didn’t last too long and we were able to get back outside for the wedding party photos and Brittany & Bridy’s portraits on the beach before heading into their reception.

When Brittany & Birdy arrived into their reception they immediately cut the cake, which was great as everyone got to eat their dessert first!

The other surprise Bridy had for Brittany was during the reception. Bridy is a singer song writer, so she had written a special song just for Brittany and performed it for the first time to her during their reception.

It was such a great day and I really enjoyed hanging out with you both, your amazing wedding party & your families.
