Terms and Conditions

1. Entries close Midnight AEST 10th July 2020. Only 1 entry per couple.

2. Winner’s will be notified by email and announced on Facebook & Instagram on the 13th July 2020. The winner’s will have 1 week to respond via email or will forfeit the prize.

3. The winner’s will be chosen at random by Photography By Amye. All decisions are final.

4. Package includes - a 1 hour Engagement Session and all edited images provided by online gallery for viewing and downloading .

5. The location of the engagement shoot will be chosen By Photography By Amye and will be held either within the Sydney or Wollongong Regions.

6. The Engagement shoot must be scheduled within 2 weeks after the winner’s have been announced.

7. Prize is valued at $600 and is not transferable for cash or other services.

8. All photos taken during the Engagement session remain the property of Photography By Amye. These images can be used for advertising purposes by Photography By Amye, either online or in print.

9. A contract must be signed and returned by both parties before the engagement session can take place.
