Michelle & John | Cronulla Beach | Engagement

I caught up with Michelle & John down at Cronulla Beach on a beautiful winters day for their engagement session. With both of them and myself being locals in The Sutherland Shire region this location was an easy choice for everyone. It also allowed for Michelle & John to get an idea of what their wedding photos might look like as they are getting married in Cronulla next October.

I had so much fun hanging out with Michelle & John. They were amazing to work with, as nothing phased them, which was great especially when I suggested walking out to the Sand Dunes at the end of Cronulla for some of their session. I am so glad that we did as we got some great shots and some amazing golden light just before sunset.

Their engagement session or pre-wedding session was relaxed and fun! This is exactly what I aim to achieve with all of my sessions and clients no matter if it is your wedding day or an engagement session. As you can see from their photos below there was a lot of laughing, silly moments and lots of cuddles and kisses. I find that these sessions are a great way for you both to get used to being in front of the camera and to enjoy and ultimately relax whilst having your photo taken. I find this helps all of my clients on their wedding day to be more relaxed and more themselves and this allows for a greater connection and more candid natural moments to unfold and be captured.
